Pamela Shepard-McKnight

In addition to being highly motivated by God, Pamela Shepard-McKnight is a willing and able servant to those in need.
As a former Early Intervention Services Program Director, Pamela oversaw day to day operations of a multi-faceted/funded, multi-site program geared to providing primary care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS. She brings with her, extensive experience in program/project management, strategy and operations, overseeing multiple disciplines such as: clinical, behavioral health, medical case manage-ment, transportation, prevention and outreach. She has more than 20 years of experience in program/organizational compliance which encompasses clinical, administrative and fiscal requirements. She has more than 20 years of experience working and /or managing state, private and federal funded programs/projects and have established and maintained quality improvement efforts that have received national recognition.
Pamela prides herself in being a dynamic team builder and leader who communicates direction and conveys complex information in easily understood formats, commits people to action with clear authority and accountability and promotes a positive working environ-ment conducive to collaboration, teamwork, continuous learning and improvement.
Presently, she serves as the Healthy People Healthy Carolina’s (HPHC) Project Coordinator which supports the Eat Smart Move More coalition in Barnwell County, she also works in the capacity of Life Skills Specialist at Epworth Children’s Home.
As founder of Homeless Restoration Foundation (DBA) Charity Begins at Home, Pamela, has established strategic partnerships aimed to provide individual-centered, wraparound services for people living at or below the federal poverty level, helping them to obtain self-sufficiency.

Frances Hall – Founder and Instructor
Ms. Frances Hall is the Founder of the Beatties Ford Road Vocational Trade Center, Inc. She is also the Founder of the Beatties Ford Road Family Counseling Center. Ms. Hall is a certified instructor through the National Center of Construction Education and Research. Ms. Hall will be providing instruction in Core-Introduction to Construction, Metal Framing/Drywall and Blueprint Reading and Estimating. Ms. Hall is the Owner/Operator of C4 Construction Company, Inc. providing Metal Framing, Drywall and Masonry on federal and private projects located throughout the United States and Abroad. Ms. Hall is a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor with the North Carolina Substance Abuse Practice Board-NCSAPPB providing substance abuse counseling for those struggling with substance abuse since 2005.Ted Ekong – Instructor
Ted Ekong has a degree in Engineering and has worked for companies such as Boeing Aircraft Company, Everett WA., Ingersol Rand Corporation, Davidson NC and Safelite Glass Corporation, Enfield NC. He has extensive experience in Engineering, supervision and management. As the curriculum director, he provides leadership and vision in the evaluation and implementation of the vocational trade program.He ensures that the BFRV Rehabilitation Center's objectives are aligned to NCCER frameworks and instructional practices that yield the highest standards of student achievement and instructional excellence.
