Frances Hall – Founder and Instructor

Ms. Frances Hall is the Founder of the Beatties Ford Road Vocational Trade Center, Inc. She is also the Founder of the Beatties Ford Road Family Counseling Center. Ms. Hall is a certified instructor through the National Center of Construction Education and Research. Ms. Hall will be providing instruction in Core-Introduction to Construction, Metal Framing/Drywall and Blueprint Reading and Estimating. Ms. Hall is the Owner/Operator of C4 Construction Company, Inc. providing Metal Framing, Drywall and Masonry on federal and private projects located throughout the United States and Abroad. Ms. Hall is a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor with the North Carolina Substance Abuse Practice Board-NCSAPPB providing substance abuse counseling for those struggling with substance abuse since 2005.

Ted Ekong – Instructor

Ted Ekong has a degree in Engineering and has worked for companies such as Boeing Aircraft Company, Everett WA., Ingersol Rand Corporation, Davidson NC and Safelite Glass Corporation, Enfield NC. He has extensive experience in Engineering, supervision and management. As the curriculum director, he provides leadership and vision in the evaluation and implementation of the vocational trade program.

He ensures that the BFRV Rehabilitation Center's objectives are aligned to NCCER frameworks and instructional practices that yield the highest standards of student achievement and instructional excellence.

Willie Dixson – Instructor

Mr. Willie Dixson will be providing instruction in Core- Introduction to Construction and Metal Framing & Drywall Installation. Mr. Dixson will be receiving his certification from the National Center of Construction Education and Research-NCCER. Mr. Dixson began his career as an apprentice Metal Framing and Drywall installer at the age of 15 years old. Mr. Dixson worked with Christo Construction a family-owned business from 1994 -1996. Mr. Dixson has worked on several high-profile projects in Charlotte, N.C. such as the Duke Power Towers Building, Veterans Hospital, Carolina Medical Centers Main, University and Pineville locations.

Peter Awute – Instructor

Mr. Peter Awute is a certified instructor through the National Center of Construction Education and Research. Mr. Awute will be providing instruction in Core-Instruction to Construction, Carpentry, Concrete and Blueprint Reading and Estimating. Mr. Awute received his engineering degree from North Carolina A&T University in 1989. Mr. Awute is also the owner on Conmat Construction Company that provides concrete construction for residential and commercial projects. Mr. Awute has approximately 28 years of experience in the construction industry.

Donnell Dixson – Instructor

Mr. Donnell Dixson is a certified instructor through the National Center of Construction Education and Research. Mr. Dixson will be providing instruction in Core-Introduction to Construction, Metal Framing/Drywall and Graphic Arts and Design. Mr. Dixson is a graduate of Savannah School of the Arts in Graphic Arts and Fashion Designing. Mr. Dixson worked for over ten years with Christo Construction as a Metal Framing and Drywall craftsman.
